BEYOND Ignorance can be delivered as an engaging keynote, as a leadership round table interaction or as an immersive one-day workshop.
The leadership round table format can be customized to requirements, typically it is 1-2 hours in duration, starts with an overview of the costs of cultural ignorance and how to improve through the BEYOND framework, and then opens into a leadership team discussion of relevant topics such as how can we improve working dynamics with global HQ, how can we more easily gain buy-in to strategic initiatives, what behaviours should we focus on as leaders to role-model change.
